1.Exchange of merchandise will not be accepted without a valid receipt.
2.The merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and/or unused with the hangtag.
3.We offer returns online within 14 days from the delivery date, customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges at stores are not limited to this.
4.Any returned item can only be exchanged for items of the same or higher/lower value and Customer is liable to pay the difference for a higher valued item.
Additionally, we will refund you the difference for items of the lower value. All products cannot be refunded.
5.Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns or perform exchanges for intimate wear & socks.
6.The delivery will be arranged by the courier. If you need a special time for delivery, please indicate first;
if the courier fails to deliver the goods, additional courier fees will be charged for re-delivery.
